Mr. Javed Yunus, presently Executive Director, IFCI Ltd., chairs the Board of Directors.

Mr. Javed Yunus, Executive Director, IFCI Ltd., is the Chairman of the company, brings with him business acumen developed at ONGC and ONGC Videsh Limited and executive research experience with international bodies. He has been with IFCI for over ten years.

Mr. R. K. Zutshi, takes care of day to day operations of the company as its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Zutshi has operational experience of about twenty five years in consultancy. He has played a vital role to infuse professionalism in the organization. Speedy and effective client servicing being accorded the highest priority is his vision for HARDICON.
